Fitness update!

Hello,

So today I would like to share with you some of my fitness progress.
I have come so far since I used to blog and it's really exciting!




I can now deadlift 90kgs!! I so badly want to get to 100kgs!
I can squat 75kgs! This was the last weight I squatted 5x5 for, I tend to do 3x8 recently so obviously go lighter for that!

The progress I have made is not only physical but so much mentally! I am in a much better place now and am so much stronger, mentally and physically!
