Workout Guides


As I stated in one of my previous posts, it is 100 times better if you go to the gym with a plan of what you are going to be doing. I am more than capable of creating my own plan, especially as I am doing my personal training course and have helped friends with their plans. However, I just seem to love buying other peoples plans! They seem to push me harder and also give me new ideas!

I often get asked how I find the motivation to be going to the gym 4/5 times a week, or how I've been motivated to continue this for around 3 years now. The truth is, it isn't all about motivation! It's more about how badly you want it and making it a habit.

How to deal with judgemental people


I've been posting fitness content on my Instagram for while now and although overall I have made mostly new amazing friendships with like minded people, it has come along with some negative and judgemental comments from people in real life who do not understand my passion for fitness.

Gym Confidence


After watching GraceFitUK's video on how to improve gym anxiety, I was inspired to write my own post about how to be more confident in the gym. Feeling confident in the gym is something that I struggled with for a long long time and it was only really towards the end of my gap year that I felt confident enough to go to the gym by myself.
It's difficult to try not to feel like everyone else is judging you and watching you, especially when you suffer from anxiety in other aspects of your life.

A few weeks ago I attended a meetup organised by GraceFitUK, LaurenFitness and Elle Darby. It was named #meettheukfitfam because it was more about meeting like minded people and making new friends rather than meeting these fitness influencers, although we did meet them and have lovely chats/pictures with them!

I'm back again!


Blogging has always been something that I go through phases with, I started blogging the first time around when I was probably about 15 then stopped and re started in my gap year, then stopped again, and now I'm back! Who knows how long it'll last this time but we'll see!
