Favourite exercise

Hello,

This will be a short post today but I just wanted to share with you guys one of my favourite exercises to do- the deadlift! I recently managed to deadlift my bodyweight, which is 70kgs, for 5 reps!! I am so excited and proud of myself as it is pretty hard to do!
