New healthy find - Quinoa


I'm sure many people have had, or at least heard of Quinoa before, but I have only just tried it! I found a recipe through pinterest that included it, and it sounded good, so I decided to try it! Sorry, I do not have the original link to the recipe.

Tabata Workout


After watching Brittany Lesser's youtube video, I discovered this Tabata workout. Tabata is basically a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) cardio that really kicks your butt!!

There are 8 exercises, you work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and do it for 4 rounds.
