Favourite exercise

Hello,

This will be a short post today but I just wanted to share with you guys one of my favourite exercises to do- the deadlift! I recently managed to deadlift my bodyweight, which is 70kgs, for 5 reps!! I am so excited and proud of myself as it is pretty hard to do!

  1. Wow! Well done! I always thought that weightlifting mustn't be very good for your back, although I suppose it depends on your technique?

  3. Wow! That's impressive. I used to do modified deadlifts when I had a gym a couple of years ago but I never did more than 40lbs haha.

      I've been doing it for a while, just slowly increasing the weight, if you keep at it, you can do it!
